Standard/One-off Fee
For clients with a small portfolio or those who require only ad-hoc services. Prices stated are invoiced post-appointment. Payment is due within 28 days of the appointment completion.
Prepaid Account
Clients that opt for a prepaid account benefit from up to a 40% discount on our standard fees. Payment by bank transfer must be completed before appointments commence. The minimum pre-payment amount to take advantage of this service is £1,800. A pre-payment statement of account will detail all completed appointments and a running balance. When the balance approaches £0, a new invoice will be issued.
Client Retainer
Clients that opt to pay a retainer fee of £1,400 per month benefit from unlimited use of our Virtual Reality 360° Tours, Floor Plans (2D & 3D), Property Photography, Inventory Reports, Interim Inspections, Checkout Reports, Legionella Risk Assessments and Vacant Property Checks. Clients who pay a retainer fee also benefit from up to a 40% discount on our standard fees for services not included. On average, the cost per service for Clients who pay our retainer free is £30 per service.
