Our 2D and 3D Floor Plans service is designed for both Letting Agents and Estate Agents to show potential Tenants and Buyers the overall layout of a Property currently available to let or buy. We use the latest Bosch GLM 120C Laser Measures to accurately record the overall dimensions of rooms, door openings and windows and produce a coloured room-themed set of detailed floor plans that can be uploaded to your website or used in print or other marketing materials. 3D Floor Plans are becoming the preferred format over standard 2D Floor Plans by some, as it gives a more ‘natural’ understanding and overview of the layout of a property.
