Following a recent Checkout Inspection completed for one of our clients, we had a disappointed and somewhat angry tenant. They were unhappy when they were advised there would be a deduction from their deposit to clean the oven. It seems they thought they had cleaned the oven adequately, even though this photograph is from the appliance in question. We’d be keen to know what others think and if they would’ve allowed the issue to pass the Checkout Report. (The appliance was recorded on the Inventory Report as brand new when the tenancy started).
