Add PropertyLandlords can now list on three biggest portals for under £30portal
A lettings platform that operates in London claims its new ‘Get Listed’ service enables landlords to list on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket for only £29.
The payment is made when the listing goes live on the portals.
Hello Neighbour says: “This marks a major step in Hello Neighbour’s determined ambition to make letting a property as simple, fast and affordable as possible. It is only able to deliver this five-star self-service by using its innovative end-to-end lettings platform, built using the technology the company has used to successfully rent thousands of properties on behalf of landlords since 2020.”
The platform is also offering a ‘Get Rented’ service for £89, which includes credit checks and referencing including what it calls “open banking and AI-supported fraud detection and ensures full property compliance.” This option also provides tenancy contracts, arranges move-in’s and collects the first month’s rent as well as registering security deposits.
