Interim/Mid-term Inspections
The Interim Mid-term Inspection Report we produce is a helpful tool in allowing both Letting Agents and Landlords know how their Tenant(s) is/are treating and looking after their property.
Although the Report is not as detailed as our Inventory & Condition Report or our End-of-Tenancy/Check-out Report; it is a key tool used to identify potential breaches of tenancy agreement, damages or misuse, overall cleanliness and other helpful areas that may be of concern.

If we produced the original Inventory & Condition Report, we can make further observations and recommendations based on issues such as redecorating without permission, missing furniture or appliances, new damages to decoration, fixtures and fittings.
Each room has an overview section, followed by specific comments and/or recommendations, then finally around eight panoramic photographs of each room and close-up photographs of any areas of concern.
