£1,512 in damages! Another Checkout Report completed for one of our Whitegates clients

We recently carried out a Checkout appointment at a semi-detached property in West Yorkshire. The tenancy had lasted six years so there was obviously a great deal of wear and tear. Unfortunately for the Landlord and Tenant, we recommended a deposit deduction of £1,512 due to the amount of damages and cleanliness issues found throughout the Property.
