Agency appointed for city’s first-ever Build To Rent scheme of houses

Bidwells has been appointed by a Build To Rent operator to act as lettings agent for Cambridge’s first-ever housing scheme designed exclusively for rental.

The scheme is in Eddington, a settlement created by the University of Cambridge.
