Agency acquires nearby rival – and they’re both within the same group
Parkers Estate and Lettings Agency in Caversham has acquired the Martin & Co branch in the same Berkshire town.
With this addition, Parkers now sees over 1,300 managed properties on its portfolio.
Both brands are in any case in The Property Franchise Group.
As part of the deal, Lynn Masterman of the acquired Martin & Co operation will be joining the Parkers team.“It was essential that our landlords, tenants, and wider customer base were placed in the hands of a team that shares our values of care, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the area” she says.
