About Us

Nick Blakeley

Nick began PROPRT360 when he left leading property management company Land Securities; one of the country’s largest property companies. Prior to that Nick was a trainee surveyor at the Easdale-Lane Partnership; an established architects & surveyors firm with a 100 year pedigree. Nick was also Justice of the Peace. Appointed to the bench in 2009, he was sworn-in to office in 2010 and sat on the benches of both Leeds and Bradford Magistrates’ Courts. He requested to be moved to the supplemental list to allow more time to focus on the business.

Julia Blakeley

Having previously worked for the University of Leeds for over 10 years in their Research Support Unit, Julia has a wealth of office experience and keen eye-to-detail. Julia is in charge of office administration, including managing appointments, report archiving, liaising with Clients and ensuring our rapid turn-around time is reliably achieved. 

Buddy

Buddy has been office-based for the past 7 years. He offers a more ‘supportive’ role within the team and is reliably in charge of when it’s time to take a break and get some fresh air!

We have refrained from using apps and other ‘time-saving products’ after trialling them extensively as we believe from our experience and the feedback we receive from our Clients; there is nothing more professional, thorough or reliable as the tested dictation and transcription method when producing our Reports.

We have refrained from using apps and other ‘time saving’ products and devices after trialling them extensively. We believe from experience, there is nothing more professional, thorough or reliable as the tested dictation and transcription method when preparing our Document(s). We realise this method takes longer at the Property but we take pride in a ‘quality, not quantity’ approach when putting our name to Reports.

Our Virtual 360º Property Tours are captured using 22MP virtual cameras (over 6000px higher specification than our competitors and cameras used by Agents).

Our services are available to Letting Agents, Estate Agents, Landlords and Venue Managers, Restaurants, Wedding Venues, Hotels, B&B’s, AirBNB, Schools, Retirement Homes, Holiday Homes and Pubs (Public Houses) throughout the Yorkshire region.

Our Inventory & Building Condition Reports provide our Clients with a thorough, detailed description of the Property; along with its fixtures, fittings and furnishings together with a Schedule of Condition of the cosmetic decoration of the Property at the commencement of a tenancy period. A standard Inventory & Building Condition Report produced by PROPRT360 for a 3 bedroom, detached unfurnished Property would average 75 pages8,000 words and 80 high-quality date-stamped photographs. Additional close-up photographs may also be included to capture any existing cosmetic damage or damage to fixtures and fittings.
